We are seeking an experienced specialist who quickly understands tasks, performs them diligently, and meets deadlines.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as an editor or proofreader in commercial organizations.
• High literacy and excellent command of the Ukrainian language.
• Ability to adapt the writing style to the client’s or brand’s requirements.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to create task briefs for authors and check that texts meet the specified requirements.
• Ability to work with large amounts of information and quickly adapt to new topics.
• Critical thinking and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic text-checking tools.

Additional advantages for candidates:

• Proficiency in foreign languages, with English at a B1 level or higher.
• Experience working in digital or marketing agencies.

Responsibilities:

• Create task briefs for authors to write texts.
• Check texts for compliance with task requirements.
• Proofread for spelling, syntax, and stylistic errors.
• Verify text uniqueness, AI content, and readability using various tools.
• Check SEO texts for compliance with SEO requirements using relevant tools.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure tasks are evenly distributed among authors.
